I had such high hopes for my Shamrock Tshirt for Little Helper....
(And it was a lot of work!!! URGH)
I was inspired to use a technique from this little tutorial from FAITH HOPE LOVE on Pom Pom Headbands..
Well hey, I could do that on a T-shirt and it would be a POOFY Lucky Shamrock...
It was POOFY Alright!
I chose a "template"
from the trusty "EVO"
{BTW did anyone see the report on how you can be tracked by the images you upload}
CREEEEEEEEEEPY!
Got to work!!
cut a template of a clover, free hand |
three more times |
now cut circles out of left over fabric |
and more circles and more and more and more (P.S. they don't have to be perfect) |
(had a monster {the blue one} this morning)
Anyway after cutting like 20 circles and barely filling in one clover I called in the reinforcements..
I was like BABY, BABY , BABY, OHHHHHHHHHHH...........................
BABY, BABY , BABY, OHHHHHHHHHHH, I thought you would be ....
Helping me :) And then Hubby got to work cutting "circles"
I then proceeded to the petal process
pinch each circle in the middle and put a dab of glue on the bottom |
place it on the petal |
Little Helper "Helping" :) |
TA-DA you have a Shamrock/Hydrangea/Broccoli Shirt..:)
I just started really cracking up at that, What a FAIL! :) It's ok, It was fun, and it is cute :)
She loved it, and wanted to pose with her new book |
Barnyad Dance, "stomp you feet" "clap your hands"... |
